Framework Studio provides web development, application development, and software consulting services. Specific project scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed upon in writing before work begins.
Each project is governed by a separate agreement that outlines the specific terms, scope, timeline, and payment structure. These terms serve as general guidelines for our services.
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for their project. Framework Studio retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Typically, projects require a deposit to begin work, with the balance due upon completion or according to agreed milestones.
Framework Studio provides services on an “as is” basis. We strive for quality and reliability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free deliverables. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
